That's always the first thing people say.

I could argue that being overweight is unhealthy until the cows come home. Does it always mean they are unhealthy? No. Is it crazy to not watch your diet and be very active? Yes. Do I think that she is a healthy weight for her frame? No.

Do you think she's not overweight? The main part of my post was to not pretend she's a bigger girl. She is.

I dont understand why anybody would debate my post. If you think shes a healthy weight for her age and that should be the norm, then I surely hope people don't take your advice. Because alot of women would be doing harm to their bodies. I know alot of women just over 30 that are alot more fit than that and theres no way to prove. but i can honestly say, most likely more healthy.
