So if we set up an industry run database of content that copyright holders could add their content to, then matched that against content on your tubes, providing you with a method of plugging it into your tube network, which would be able to remove videos and identify repeat offenders uploading such content you'd be ok with that ? If so, we might be able to work something out. Because not everyone can use vobile, however a free system would be more likely to be adopted. The concept would also include search technology which would daily audit your sites for problems, so there would be no easy way for Manwin to cheat such a system.
If we could work something out, would Manwin be willing to join in a coalition of content rights holders to take non compliant tube sites to task ?
