Just a few remarks:
1) The system will need to allow for owners of copyrighted material to upload things themselves since many will want to use our partnership program although they want to make sure only they can upload.
2) The system needs to be for all tubes and not just manwin tubes. We'll be more than happy to be the first ones to use it of course.
3) If we own licenses to content for use on our tubes, even if that content is in such a system as not to be used, we will not follow that system's request.
