A baker I knew (in South America), he always carried a huge mobile phone clipped onto his trouser pocket. He was only mid 30's but went down with a nasty tumour on his leg exactly where the mobile phone would rest. First the leg had to come off, then secondaries finished him.
If you do have to have a mobile phone I would recommend not leaving it switched on while it's in your pocket. If you need to carry the phone while it's switched on keep it in your hand as there are less soft tissues to be damaged.
