yes yes. The same idiot passing this law are also cutting back funding for law enforcement. Cnsidering Tennessee is #1 in the US for meth labs and has a high rate of sexual offenders yes let's waste precious resources on this shit. I know I'll feel more secure knowing the guy running a meth lab got his sentence cut short to make room for the guy passing out his Netflix password.
