Mhmm... what if I had someone's username and password of someone who I wanted to see end up in court or jail, or even financially bankrupt through no fault of his own... While remaining the 'anonymous donator', of course.

Think yer laws through, boys! If even a kindergartener can see the flaws in the plan, it's probably not very good.

Edit; doesn't this also put individuals at risk who actually paid for subscriptions, but had their username/password information stolen and then published on the internet? How is that going to stand up in court? And would bugmenot.com become illegal in TN?
