I can not speak on the original posters issue but i know chris and the crew pretty well i feel...going back to the split days and i can assure it is not a one man operation - sure it may be smaller than some of the big boys who own their own datacenters ( as critical does ) but it is not a one man operation.
Im pretty positive chris will make this right and this is an isolated issue.
