I don't think so, since it is aimed at local industry people, some of whom will be attending the YNOT Summit, and others whom will not. While Rochard is local (the Bay Area encompasses a large region), it would be a 2 hour commute each way for him to attend, so I understand his reasoning.
The adult industry in the Bay Area is much larger, and more diverse, than most of you may think. I'm sure that many people who participate will have never heard of GFY (so you might be seeing some more new GFY people in the months to come with SF as their location).
Since you brought it up, I've talked to Jay at YNOT about a "Summit Special" of some sort for meet-up attendees, so it might behoove local people to attend the meet-up on Wednesday night if they can to check it out.
Honestly, this is just the beginning of what I hope will be an ongoing group.
