don't really think this is that big a deal - at worst Paul forgot about this guy and girl completely, the shoot looks years ago, or Paul did remember them but didn't think the guy would have the photos. At worst what was proven - that a guy and a Russian teenage girl spent a day with Paul and found him to be obnoxious and creepy.
Paul had a decent business, his content was everywhere on teen paysites plus his magazine sales. Trying to paint him as a broke as a joke loser doesn't hold much weight.
