Sending traffic from his own network is fine.
Sending it from questionable sites, filtering crap traffic through it up to 10 times as he admitted and selling it as premium for a high price, misleading customers with his explanations of premium clicks on his site.. Wow, thats something totally different.
Im pretty sure not all brokers work like this, i urge you all to start looking at your stats. Dont buy crap like this!
