Ok I am sorry to do this Gary, but these "Italians" celebrating their "footy win in 1996 or 1998".......
Were they late celebrating their 1982 World Cup win? or Early celebrating their 2006 win?
Or were they in fact FRENCH celebrating their 1998 World Cup win..... or maybe GERMANS celebrating their 1996 European Championship win?
Of course these Italians could have been Brazilians, (might explain why the place looked like Rio) but that would make the year 1994 or 2002.
Whatever the case, if I was you I would check my birth certificate, you may not be the age you think you are
