So then the Japanese are planning an attack? Just because at one time the US nuked Japan it doesn't mean Japan needs to be constantly oppressed to keep them from attacking.

The same goes for the Middle East, just because now they are our enemies it doesn't mean in the future they couldn't be our allies.
