The government should shut down the FDA, it's the biggest scam in the USA.

) It works very well and cost far less than taking drugs that have untold side effects. Just listen to the Uloric adverts on TV with all the side effect warnings. So far I have never heard of anyone dying from Black Cherry Juice ?

As to the Acie crap it was never a wait-loss supplement. I sold literally thousands of pounds of the raw frozen pulp through my restaurants as a breakfast dish mixed with bananas and or strawberries and some bee pollen/coconut it made a great tasting meal but as far as I am aware no one lost weight in fact probably the opposite as it is full of natural sugar ? Customers told me they loved the taste and felt a little buzz ( probably due to a small amount of natural caffeine present in the Acie pulp )?
Oh and what about Laser Cessation Therapy, clinics are all over Europe treating people who want to quite smoking without side effects and they get great results.
In the USA to open a clinic you need to join the FDA clinical study that to my knowledge has been running now for 8 years or more had hundreds of thousands of documented success stories submitted to the FDA (on their specially formatted questionnaires) without a single adverse side effect and still no approval. Yet if you are a drug company that pays out hundreds of thousands of $ to have the FDA do a test on your drug it will get passed in less than three months, testing the drug on 500 subjects! I also hear that if a person dies during the FDA test its classed as an acceptable risk and still passed.
Fuck the FDA and all who work there
