Both parties have some individuals who behave badly.
But, the Democrats, as a party, distinguish themselves with an institutional corruption that knows no equal. The best example is the Clinton impeachment in which they completely disregarded the law and the facts to get a result they wanted.
The Republican Party does not generally tolerate bad behavior.
