Neither. What leaders do behind closed doors is irrelevant to me.
However a lot of people like to involve themselves in other peoples private matters. Then weigh against some sort of morality standard that dumb people believe in.
I would not give a shit what my leaders do until they fuck up what they are hired to do. Lead.
