If you look on the right it gives you options to either block or allow. I chose allow and selected U.S. and Canada. It generated the text for me and I just pasted it into my .htaccess file. It was a rather large chunk of text and I'm sure there's a better way of doing it. But this will suffice until I figure out what I'm going to do with the site.
I'm not blocking UK after I get the site developed.
