imagine the chaos one could cause calling in psychic tips from a throw away cell phone. you could plan a bank robbery in a small town doing that, - "hey there's 25 bodies on Mr's Jone's farm, I'm a psychic, blah blah blah " - and then all the cops would be 30 miles away from where you are to rob your bank or what not.....
