Just as an idea, you should try some kind of centralized server, maybe users upload vids to your server and the tube sites grab the submission from a pool in your server? I think something like that would work
Or - most people submitting these videos have a web server. So instead of the program uploading, it should accept a URL to the location of the source video. Then you should be able to use wget or curl or whatever to send the videos in.
