well, it's safe to say that in 90% of cases uploading a video to 200 sites will take many hours if not great part of a day. Let alone if you upload 2-3 videos a day with decent quality. Either way, not even the fastest connection would submit a video to 200 different sites, I know you're using a hyperbole for marketing purposes, but it's so ridiculous you're exposing yourself rather than helping.

Just as an idea, you should try some kind of centralized server, maybe users upload vids to your server and the tube sites grab the submission from a pool in your server? I think something like that would work
