Craigs list is a great place to pick cars up cheap ... I actually believe the story about the guy buying them there and reselling to a dealer.
A lot of used cars got murdered by the thieving governments cash for clunkers program where they forced dealers to destroy perfectly good used cars and helped ignorant idiots buy cars they couldn't afford
That caused prices to go up
And a lot of idiots can't afford to hemorrhage money out buying brand new any more, so they're looking for used cars
