I had a dealer add on a "mandatory service" fee when we were filling out the paperwork...
I was too caught up in the car already so I grumbled but kept going... what I should have done is said delete that, or I'm walking out (I hadn't signed anything)
A "mandatory service" would be like pizza hut charging extra for "mandatory pizza boxes"
