So they are saying the DA ight be wrapping up the case today or tomorrow, and they are waiting for an out of town witness.
I am troubled that they haven't brought in the tattoo she received during the 31 days her daughter was missing (goes to state of mind) or the NYitaliano3 IM transcripts (go towards motive).
I know the guys from Cast Iron are on the witness list and have been instructed they cannot leave the area until the trial has ended, so if they don't get called I think that's rather unfair to them. But more than anything the NYitaliano3 IMs are IMO some pretty compelling stuff.
