First of all, that guy just sounds pissed off because he found out the site wasn't real. That bit was almost half the article.
The rest about his STD ... the dude posted his test result on twitter so it's not like it's breaking news or some deep secret that was uncovered.
Calling it an outbreak is a bit extreme, in my opinion. Should girls know about it beforehand? I would certainly want to... but I know a couple girls who have been on that site and I haven't heard anything about them suddenly contracting herpes, one of whom shot a couple weeks ago and the other a month or so ago and has been tested since then and come back clean.
