If anyone has NOT been included and is wondering why - please email me, see below. There have been some 301 redirects that have bumped probably 25 or so, and they get burried in the database, I can manually get you in, but I need you back - so shoot me an email. If there was another reason you weren't included, i'll also let ya know.
