if anyone sees anything different than a kiss happening in the first photo is projecting.
her head is coming up towards his. if there was struggle or rejection she would be pushing away not towards him. the second photo is probably just their friends or passers by seeing what's up.
pretty obvious to 99% of people what's going on.

if you look at it closely, the body language looks more like the girl is trying to avoid the guy, her head is turned more toward the back and side, and she is probably drunk, her knees are tight together, it is probably a drunk couple that is arguing perhaps
this is not a photo of a guy getting some loving from a girl, just might look that way at first glance, they are probably both wasted and the picture just got a mere glimpse of a fucked up moment when she is laying on the street shitfaced and maybe even in an argument with her boyfriend who is probably also shitfaced
