Definitely pineapple juice is at the top of the list, but that's not the only thing that works, you can basically drink any type of fruit juice, just do it a few times a day and be consistent. V8 Splash and Dole have yummy blends, pineapple with banana and orange, pineapple with mango and kiwi, etc.
Definitely stay away from asparagus. lol
