But if I were Shannon I would have left long ago after perhaps #2 cheating I caught him doing. You don't have to be married to get half. If you have kids and you played a large role in raising them, you might as well be married.
Of course she should have done this back when the kids were 6 and 9... Then she could have gotten a shit ton of cash.
