about leverage or something like that
which meant you need to upscale in a way beyond your own working capacity
of ...hours a month, so make some money and then put that money to work for you
which can be in different ways as long as they work for you and are profitable
as you said yourself if you don't do that you wont become a millionaire
because as 1 designer you can have a certain capacity and then that's it
your maximum income is reached,
but if you lead your own design and website office employing people
then your potential has become bigger, if you have 40 people at your office fully booked
by clients.
Then invest in more of these offices , in this example if you grow it successfully
somewhere you will be that millionaire you want to be...
