I'm looking for someone who can improve on my installed vBulletin Version 4 forum - I had a guy work on it for me but he could only go so far and hit a wall.
What I'm looking for exactly is a style similar to that of this forum (GFY), where I can easily change backgrounds, images (with links), that sort of stuff. There's also a lot of stuff in my vBulletin forum which I'd like to do without.
Any takers or recommendations?
