Who said anything about phonesex? This might not be appropriate at the time - the calls are often routed to cell phones - so think of it more as a 'connect with' service, as opposed to a pure phonesex one.
If combined with a free visual skype cam feed on mute, the phone becomes a microphone, loudspeaker, and billing mechanism bundled into one.
