Now that's fuckin hard. With a little training I could do that with a 2 minute walk between 3 X 300 sets but right away that's just nuts. If you want to lift more weight stop with all the reps and hit the heavy stuff while you are fresh. My 225 X 20 reps times 20 sets was an endurance workout with cross-training opposite parts of the body. It wasn't intense, it was slow and methodical. The whole workout took about 4 hours and I rested for 5 minutes at some point to get more water.
Why don't you guys try a lighter weight that doesn't overwhelm you like 135 and walk 3.0 MPH for 5 minutes and do another set X 10 sets. It's not that hard - it's all in your head. Then rest your chest for 2 days and try to add 10 pounds to each side, rest for 2 days and do 185 X 8 sets. Then rest your chest for 2 days and max out pyramid up to 1X your max. Then go back down to 135 and see how easy that is, it will almost piss you off and you'll have to add more weight right away. Repeat... do this for 30 years and tell me then that it can't be done. I've been trying diferent combos since I was 15 years old and that was 31 years ago. You do the math.
