Fascinating this atvod thing, adultwork.com I believe run by a British guy yet based in Belize ? Correct me if I'm wrong. Not affected by atvod. But some individual users are UK based and can be clearly identified, they won't be subject to Atvod as they are just "youtubers" uploading content to a site that has no editorial control ?
