No.
Any site operator that can not monetize there traffic knows there traffic is worthless so its just that easier to sell off to an ad network.
Sorry man I just do not believe in buying traffic, but then history has taught me not to trust traffic sellers of any kind. Historically from my experience 9 out of 10 of them are scammer's and the 1 that is productive is only temporary for a burst.
From my experience webmasters that know how to monetize there traffic would never fucking sell it ( I sure as fuck do not, but then I know my traffic has value! ) and they like myself work for the traffic. To throw it away is stupid if it has value.
Convince me with facts.
