It's a mixed drink made with whatever brands the house chooses to use as their base liquor.
So if you go to the bar and order a rum and coke, that's a well drink, because the house is choosing the brand rum, or if you ordered a vodka and cran, the house is choosing the vodka, etc.
If you ordered gray goose and cran or jack and coke, that would be premium.
