Civilian Americans are charged with knowing the laws. Police and Govt. officials have no authority to direct orders at anyone not breaking those laws. If a cop tells you to pull down your pants and shove a cattle prod up your ass, you in fact do not have to. If you did it anyway I'm sorry for you.
