there was 3 options of support, I paid for best
before bought 100tb i asked many times "can you move my sites "- always answer was YES
when paid money then start making problems, said OK and no answer to ticket 2 days, later said "I must paid additional money" etc etc
Finally open claim in paypal and next day got refund
