I've been having a small virtual account with them for about 4 years now. The good news is that support is awesome, always on it within minutes of contact! And they treat me like I spend thousands a month, when I only spend $9.95. The bad news is that I always have to use that quick support. There's always some type of mysql problem, email issue or downtime. I've been moved around to different servers a few times, and with the last moves the problems did get less, but still down time very often. Yes, I get an email reply from support within minutes of reporting my sites being down... but good customer service does not make up for lost income due to frequent down time. Maybe it's because I'm not on a dedicated? Either way, never had this much downtime on a virtual with any other host... Almost ready to move those sites from there and host them elsewhere. Just being honest.
