Whenever you ask if a host is good or not you will get people (normally from other hosts OR people paid by other hosts) to bash the host you're asking about, sadly it's just the way this "game" works.
With that said...
I've only been with Amerinoc a short time so far but I can ONLY say good things about the entire experience, we DID have a downtime yesterday (which no matter what you read OR are told happens with EVERY SINGLE HOST at some point) and the downtime was handled great!
From what I heard from long time customers, yesterday's downtime was the longest they have ever seen (which to me is VERY GOOD) I've had "reputable" hosts over the years have DAYS of downtime, no response from support, broken promises etc etc etc.
my support tickets are always answered within minutes, and the support people I've worked with have been not only VERY helpful BUT also VERY patient with me lol.
All in all I have nothing but good to say about Amerinoc! just like my sig says I love them!
