We aren't at war with Libya, the U.N. is doing a mission and we are part of the U.N. and by our own Congress, the President doesn't need approval for anything that falls under the U.N. Charter.
I've posted proof here several times when this topic was brought up. It is without question a fact.
Every time you hear the media, whoever it is, say anything about congressional approval, they're feeding you a load of shit to stir up shit.
No different than what the Republicans are doing with this stupid vote on not funding it... well, we aren't funding it anyway, we fund the U.N. no mater what - based on Congress, and then the U.N. pays for it - we never do directly. All they're doing is blowing smoke up America's ass and people are inhaling like mad.
