Anyway, it looks like a simple food allergy and benadryl will cure it. If it's more then that you might have to take an oral steroid, avoid this if possible. Willing to bet there was a cross contamination with shellfish salad.

Fresh mango or mango as a dressing ingredient in you salad might be what started this. Mango is part of the poison ivy plant family so be careful.
