if thats a mirage its the most complex mirage of all time.

In the video the camera moves but the mirage remains completely unchanged.
If you've ever seen a mirage in the desert when you move right to left or forward to back the mirage changes noticeably, but that thing is the same from a variety of angles.
i don't know, its pretty amazing. do those buildings exist somewhere near there in order to create some kind of mirror reflection?
or, the whole story is a complete hoax.
