You should put my video on one screen and listen while you work, this is covered. In a nutshell, no one is forcing anyone with a trademarked name to buy .xxx. They are allowing you to purchase the domain and not use it for about $200. You can pass up the offer and if someone buys the .xxx version of your trademarked name you can spend a few grand to get it back.
