I went to a race night at a go kart track and rode those. Ended up breaking my ankle in 5 places, two titanium screws and two titanium plates still needed to hold the lateral malleolus in place and severed the nerve/tendon going to my big toe. My foot touched down and then my foot got turned through about 60 degrees. Off work for about 6 months and then physio for another 6 , so GOOD LUCK !!
