How ridiculous! Who gives a shit if the guy said "dick" - big fucking deal!
Plus, he was basically set up. He asked if there was a delay, and Joe egged him on, and said there was a delay.
I don't think he should have been suspended at all. Maybe the producer should be suspended for incompetence.
