I stopped drinking about a year and a half ago. To loose weight... I weighed 231 - Now I weigh 131 !

I had a target I set for myself. June 17th. It was a UK Adult Producers function... I looked good, and was no longer the 'Fat Guy'...

Anyway, after a year and half of watching what I ate, and not drinking etc, I decided to 'let myself go' for the rest of the month...

So its now the 30th June.. As of 1st July, I'm back on the wagon... So I say...

LETS RAISE A GLASS AND CELEBRATE!!!
