This really is a fair law, why should a business in your community be at a disadvantage overall price wise compared to an internet business? Also the state will just collect taxes from you in other forms to make up the shortcoming.

that's like saying - why should a business in my community be at a disadvantage having to rent a physical location, carry inventory, collect sales tax, pay retail employees, paroll etc compared to an internet business with 1 warehouse anywhere in the us selling to 50 states?
if the business can't compete it dies, simple
