People actually pay for that? Hell, even in other states, it's usually just a matter of filling out a PDF and faxing it to the biz department.
I always laugh when those formation sites (and attorney's) try to charge $35 or even more to file for a EIN and it's a simple online form.
The only "advice" needed when forming a company is from your CPA and lawyer, to make sure you have your legal bases covered.

Actully you are wrong on several counts, the first being the use of FAX. Soooooooooooooo 1980s.
Secondly, you can indeed "fill out" the online forms for Kansas incorporation but what are you going to do about those two other pesky requirements?
The first requires a PHYSICAL location in KANSAS for the corporation and the second requires a REGISTERED AGENT, physically located in Kansas WITH a PHYSICAL mailing and service address also located in KANSAS?
