The first requires a PHYSICAL location in KANSAS for the corporation and the second requires a REGISTERED AGENT, physically located in Kansas WITH a PHYSICAL mailing and service address also located in KANSAS?

You were discussing morons?

I can offer all of those things and will in a legal manner to any banned Amazon affiliate at a cost which is normall bout one fifth of the amount that places like Legal Zoom charge.

And with most online services, you get to PAY for corporate resolution samples; I provede them free, you get to PAY for corporate bylaws; again free with my service.

With virtually ALL other online services you PAY extra for Resident Agent service; I include it for one year.

And with other such sercices, you're going to have to come to Kanasas and RENT a physical location for your corporatioin. A post office box will not work in Kansas.

Again, provided FREE with my service.

And if you need an EIN and goof up the rather complicated online form, you get to start all over and may not get your EIN for WEEKS! EINs are negotiable with my service.

You were saying just what about morons?
Who the hell would want you as their registered agent? That is far too much responsibility for someone with gender identity confusion and other questionable things that may or may not be true that people linked to from this forum.

Secondly, who would want a Kansas corporation? What does that state offer that others don't? Don't tell me the answer is you and MrMaxwell.

If someone is going to register an out-of-state corporation its better just to rent a presence service from an executive suite. Talking $50 a month at a lot of places. Also get a lawyer for registered agent because if the lawsuits come, you're gonna appreciate having them around. You certainly don't give all of that responsibility to someone like you.

If too cheap or poor to do this then probably don't have much incentive to not register at home anyway.
