If someone is going to register an out-of-state corporation its better just to rent a presence service from an executive suite. Talking $50 a month at a lot of places. Also get a lawyer for registered agent because if the lawsuits come, you're gonna appreciate having them around. You certainly don't give all of that responsibility to someone like you.
If too cheap or poor to do this then probably don't have much incentive to not register at home anyway.

I have nothing to do with what he's trying to set up.. I simply am willing to accept someones traffic and pay them 90% commissions.. I don't see HOW someone could make that illegal.
I think that what rand is trying to do is legal in the face. I also think that it's far from being bullet proof, too.
As others have said, there's no reason to incorporate an anything in this state (Kansas). DE and NV are THE states to incorporate under. Always have been.
