Because of regulations that we follow, we cannot allow more than 5 sends and 5 receives per 30 day period. This means that you may be able to transfer the funds tomorrow - you just need to check your P2P transfers (and those of your friend) to see when a payment is "released" from the queue. I know this isn't ideal, I wish there was something we could do to change it.
